Life can be incredibly tough and overwhelming at times. There are moments when everything feels heavy, and giving up seems easier than trying. I’ve had my fair share of highs and lows—days when the weight of it all made me want to disappear. But somehow, I still show up. I still push forward. And while it’s not always easy, there are certain things that keep me going—reminders that make the effort worth it.
I’d love to share them with you. Maybe, just maybe, they’ll inspire you too:
---
1. My Desires
At the core of my being are deep-seated dreams and longings—things I want to become, experience, and contribute to the world. These desires act like fuel; they remind me that there's more to life than just surviving. Whether it’s the dream of telling stories that matter, building something meaningful, or simply living a life I’m proud of—these desires whisper to me even on the hardest days, saying, “Keep going. We’re not there yet.”
---
2. My Intention
I try not to move through life on autopilot. Being intentional about why I do what I do gives my actions purpose. Whether I’m showing up for work, relationships, or myself, I remind myself of the “why.” My intention is rooted in creating impact, healing through words, and being a voice for those who can’t speak for themselves. When I remember this, it gives me the strength to keep showing up—even when the results aren’t immediate.

3. My Friends/Network
I’m blessed to have a tribe of genuine, passionate, and encouraging people who believe in me even when I don’t fully believe in myself. My friends and network constantly remind me that I’m not alone. Their words, presence, and support often come at the perfect time, lifting me when I’m down and celebrating me when I rise. Sometimes, showing up is easier when you know someone out there is rooting for you.

4. How Far I’ve Come
Whenever I feel like I’m not making progress, I pause and look back. I think of all the things I once thought I’d never overcome—but did. The younger version of me who once doubted she’d make it this far would be so proud of who I’m becoming. That perspective gives me strength. I owe it to her—and to the person I’m still becoming—to keep going.

So, what inspires you to keep showing up?
Your reason doesn’t have to be big or loud—it just has to be yours. Whatever it is, hold onto it. Life will always have its difficult moments, but you are stronger, wiser, and more resilient than you realize.
