Senator Natasha Akpoti, who is the Senator representing Kogi Central senatorial district, has, in an interview, made a statement about the Senate President allegedly making a loose statement about her in public.
"Your husband is enjoying a lot; it seems like you'll be able to make good movements with your waist." Senator Natasha has, in the interview, revealed that the Senate President had allegedly made this statement in the Senate house in the presence of other senators, and they had laughed it off as a joke.
She, in the interview, made it known that these Senators were used to making such remarks about female senators in the Senate House, and they were used to it as they are considered few women among men and should be used to it.
Senator Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan made a statement in the interview about women in the Senate House being treated so because they are women and, as such, are expected to get used to such treatment.
Senator Natasha Akpoti has made a statement that her suspension came from speaking up for things which according to her "were unspoken of in the Senate House"
